With around 150 employees, our factory is located in Go Dau Industrial Zone, Dong Nai, operating in a disciplined, compliance-driven and performance-focused environment.

What you will be accountable for
- Running full HR & Admin operations (~150 employees) without gaps
- Ensuring zero critical compliance issues (Labor Law, audits, inspections)
- Managing payroll, OT, social insurance, PIT with high accuracy
- Building and driving a practical KPI/performance system
- Maintaining low turnover and stable workforce in production
- Handling employee relations cases firmly and fairly
- Strengthening team capability and discipline on the ground
Who should apply
- You have solid experience in a manufacturing environment (chemical is a strong advantage)
- You have been in charge of full-scope HR, not just a function
- You are hands-on, practical, and comfortable working at the factory floor
- You can work with both workers and top management effectively
- You are confident handling difficult employee relations situations
- Female candidates are preferred.
